Connect the Ducks was a student event organization, offering weekly themed bingo and trivia games as well as larger once-a-term events such as the Spring Carnival, within the Student Activities Board at the University of Oregon. Following my graduation, “corporate restructuring” conglomerated the Student Activities Board, ending Connect the Ducks as a brand.
ASK
Hit 6% engagement rate and increase reach to increase attendance.
INSIGHT
Rebrand to give Connect the Ducks a consistent identity across media and stand out within the crowded college event space.
ANSWER
Posting stories daily and event posts at the same time each week achieved an engagement rate of 6.64% and increased organic Instagram reach 301.8% and organic Facebook reach 164.8%.
